This website is operated by Pruni & Co, when we talk about ’us’, ’our’ or ’we’, it means Pruni & Co, operated on https://pruniandco.com.au (which also includes all domains, (Sydney)(global)(shop)(online)(store)(coffee)(shop), and all related sub-domains (drink)(import). Pruni & Co offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Personal information is information that would identify you, or from which you can be identified. It is important to us to protect your personal information. We don’t give it away or sell it and we have systems in place to protect it.

How do you get my consent?

We use your personal information in an effort to tailor your experience of our products and services specifically for you. We want to offer you products and information you want, not stuff you have no interest in. With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. We don’t give away or sell your personal information. We will disclose your personal information if we are legally compelled to do so or need to provide instruction to our professional advisors.

4. E-commerce

Our store is hosted on Square Inc.  They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Square’s data storage, databases and the general Square Inc. application.

Payment
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
